Tim is always very professional, timely, and knowledgeable about any work I have requested. He is always easy to schedule with and shows up on time. Tim is very informative about costs up front and is communicative of anything else he finds during the repairs that needs to be addressed or points out things that may become an issue down the road. Very trustworthy and is always my go to recommendation for any handyman work!

Tim's Home Maintenance LLC was exactly who I needed. I did not realize what a blessing Mr. Tim Gawry would be. I met Tim in the process of selling my home. I hired him to complete mainntenance repairs; replace a dog chewed door, replace some siding, rewire an improperly installed garage door opener, small jobs needed to pass inspection. During this time my brother passed away, Tim worked around my suddenly sad and chaotic schedule and completed my job, as promised. All the repairs were professionally done and passed inspection the first time. The price was very fair and reasonable. I recommend Tim's Home Maintenance LLC, he provided honest, compassionate, expert service.

I contacted him about fixing a few lights in our kitchen. He was able to knock out everything in a timely and professional manner, while not gouging us on price. What made me realize I will be calling Tim again is, he was at the house with just my wife and 2 year old daughter and a pest control person stopped by to deal with one of our other problems. Instead of letting him in, he checked with my wife and also called me personally to double check that this pest control person was supposed to be there. His professionalism and protection of the people he helps is paramount. Absolutely will be using him again!
