  I would give 6 stars if I could! So kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They've saved us in a bind (several times) and do a fantastic job whether it's big or small. Tim is fantastic to work with and super reasonable, and I would recommend Timberline to anyone!

  Called and spoke to Becky. She had a fella who was going to come out on a Friday but there was a last minute emergency and he had to cancel. Not a big deal. She never called me back to reschedule for another appt. So I call her back the following saying it's cold in my house and we have no heat, can we get someone to look at our heating. A fella is here the next morning, which is great (the fella was very professional and nice). He was here for a few minutes to tell me I had a broiler system and not electrical and then I get a 65 dollar charge for 2 minutes of work. I know nothing about fixing stuff up nor the charges that go along with this. She gave me the impression that it was 65 an hour for work done, which I was fine with. But for her to not explain that it's a 65 dollar charge for 1 min of work or 1 hour worth of work is very misleading and unprofessional. If I am paying for something, I want to fully be educated on how the financial aspect works, so I can make an informed decision. And for her to not bother giving me a call back to reschedule is also quite unprofessional. Definitely a good lesson learned from this experience though.
