  Overpriced. First half hour is $175, each subsequent half hour is $90. So basically they want $180 an hour, plus material cost and tax. I called another electrician in Hartford, was like $65 an hour. Update: Dear owner - unless you lower your prices, its crazy to hire you. Same work was done for 60% less than your rate.

  I spoke to someone two weeks ago as of this week and they never returned my call. I explained to the receptionist that it was very important to me, what I needed done in my home. She stated they would get back to me within a day or two. From my knowledge I guess the job was too small or this is just the way the company runs it's business. I would imagine that no job is too small when looking to attain more clients.
