  Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

  I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

  I am sorry for the misunderstanding. we did have to get information from the city on the requirements they needed the we had to get quoted from other contractors as well. and we did send one to you it did take time but there were more steps than just us.. and the homeowner hired another the original contractor that started the job.. so we do apologize to you for any miscommunication between you the landlord and us.

  Highly recommend this company. Professional, fast, courtesy and a great value. Tech showed up on time, assessed the job, gave detail of what was required and went straight to work. I called 7 companies total. the first guy that showed up over priced the job by 1700 bucks. TMAX was second that showed up and went right to work. I would use again if electrical work needed.
