  We had no electricity to our house from a storm and needed assistance ASAP . We called Tom on a Saturday morning not sure if we could even have someone come out on a weekend. Tom answered right away and within 5 minutes he had someone on the way to our house. Miguel the electrician was amazing at his job and we are grateful for his knowledge to solve the problem quickly and give us back our electricity. Thanks so much!!!

  First let me preface this review by saying it was my fault I thought I called Phil gagliardi who I use last year who is a great electrician very reasonable price!! I called Tom Gagliardi and this is where I ended up😢 Girl on the phone said 2-2 1/2 hrs for two new ceiling fans & 3 lights. All brand new in a union built home, $125 hr. Guy comes, mike nice enough. Gets done & hands me a bill for almost $600 almost three times her quote. Mike suggest we call the office to see if we can work something out it seemed a little outrageous to him as well so we did she was not receptive and said she’s not electrician and it is what it is so I asked why are you answering the phone and quoting pricing if you don’t know what you’re doing she said she didn’t know what to tell me and the price is what it is absolutely ridiculous I had Phil gagliardi come out last year do six lights on the exterior and it was $260 then the lady informs me that they are union shop and you pay from the time the guy leaves the shop to the time the guy gets home absolutely ridiculous I would never use this company or recommend them ever again and the lady who has a job working there shouldn’t have a job. She does not know what she’s talking about and is extremely ignorant about customer service.

  I want to start off by how impressed I was with their customer service. The individual I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and considerate. Also shout out to the electrician-Tom who was super informative and polite, and was able to come out the same day I called which the other companies on Kenosha were NOT able to do.. I highly recommend using these guys. I will be using them for all future projects.
