  Tong was very professional and handled our situation with immediate action. I am thankful for Landon's customer service and his professionalism throughout the challenging project.   I contracted with Tong to do some general work for me in my home. Unfortunately, I noticed a problem with the job after they left. I was prepared for the worst when I called them back the next week to discuss it, but I couldn't have been more impressed with the response. The owner, Landon, came right out to take a look and when he assessed the situation pledged to take care of it right away. He kept his word and went above and beyond to make sure not only that everything was right but that I was happy with the result. Not every company you deal with is like that and some will even fight tooth and nail to save a dollar at your expense. Not so with Tong Electric and because of the way Landon treated my issue I'll be a customer for life. They do business the right way and I would recommend anyone to give them a call.

  All the work was completed in a professional manner. Tyler and Wayne kept the work areas clean and safe during and after installations. We are totally satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend Tong Electrical Solutions to prospective clients.
