  UPDATE: The owner of the company never came by to check out the flooring and stopped responding to my text messages and calls. The tenant living there now finds more and more craftsmanship problems as they continue to live there. I now have to pay a lot of money to have a company fix this company’s mistakes. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY Hired this company because of the good reviews. I, however, did not have such a good experience with them. Initial progress was good until they reached about ¾ of the way done with a mobile home renovation, where progress then slowed. Time Management: They gave me a move in ready date for June 18th but no one even showed up to work on it from the 19th to the 28th. On June 22nd, I told the owner I had a tenant that was supposed to move in on the 1st of July and if they could please have it done before then so the future tenant did not have to pay an extra month at their current apartment. After the 28th, no one showed up until it got completed on July 3rd. By this time, the future tenant had already paid for another month at their apartment, costing me a month’s worth of income. During the whole time from the middle of June, I kept on getting false dates of completion and various times where the owner said people would show up to work on it and finish it and they never showed up. Craftsmanship: They left epoxy and paint splatter all over the kitchen sink, which I had to scrub for an hour with a wire brush to remove all of it. They also left epoxy splatter/droplets all over the master sink. They got paint splatter on the ceiling fan fixture and chandelier in the living room, on the fire alarm in the living room, and on the floor in the laundry area. 3 weeks after they finished, on the 26th, the tenant moving in noticed that a corner of the living room floor was raised, like it had a bubble underneath, which covered a 4x4 foot area. There was also a 1x1 foot area of the wall next to the front door that felt like cardboard for some reason. I notified the owner of the company about this on the 26th and he said they would come check it out the next day to resolve these issues. It is currently the 30th and they still have not come to check it out, despite saying they would do so every day since the issue was brought up. I also had a leak in the laundry area so I turned the water off while they were working on the mobile home until it was fixed. They left both toilets unflushed full of excrement for me to find at the end of project stinking up the home. Terrible company with terrible time management, bad craftsmanship and unprofessional behaviors. Would not recommend to anyone and it baffles me how they have all these good reviews while being so unprofessional.

  We have used Top Notch Construction for all our house remodeling. They have always been prompt and thorough. They've done a beautiful job, every time we've hired them. We will continue to use them with all our construction and remodeling jobs. They did an absolutely beautiful job repainting our house, inside and out. They added a new roof to our house also. All the work they have done for us has been wonderful. We will definitely use them again for any new home projects we need done, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of remodeling or construction work done.
