  We recently moved to pace and wanted to have a 22k Generac generator installed along with adding power to a 32' X 24' outbuilding. Contacted Mike and was given a very fair price. Mike, Delbert and Eric did a great job instlling the Generator, transfer switch along with new power to the outbuilding. Once the generator was installed, Mike followed up on the testing and setup with the Generac Representative to make sure everything was properly registered and working according to manufactures specifications. One other note: when the power company stopped by to due the final inspection the electrician commented how profesionally the generator and transfer switch was installed. I have no problem using Total Connect on any future issues/projects and highly recommend them.

  We have a new house that was wired by Total Connect Electric, they did a great job! So much so that I had them install a 50 Amp generator panel so I could be prepared for power outages ... they did the job right at a great price. The owner, Michael knows his trade and also knows great customer service. I had one small problem in the kitchen caused by an old appliance and his crew was there same day! Very professional, responsive, on time and reasonably priced. Total Connect has earned my trust and I will use no one else for my electrical needs!

  My experience from start to finish was excellent. Mike has been extremely thorough and professional during each interaction. His passion and knowledge for what he does clearly sets the standards very high for his technicians and he has exceeded my expectations. I had a circuit breaker issue that kept getting tripped. Mike and his team were able to diagnose the issue and repair very quickly. Both offices in my home were restored and we could continue working from home promptly. Mike and his team have earned future business from me and I will recommend to all my friends and relatives. He does good, honest business. HIGHLY recommended.
