  Total Mechanical provided high quality service at a reasonable price. They installed several light fixtures, moved and installed outlets, and helped us find solutions to electrical issues in an old house. The service person, Derek, was so nice and thorough and found solutions to sticky issues, and has a wonderful outlook. He was a pleasure to have working in the house all day while my husband and i both were working in the house. I highly recommend Total Mechanical and Derek!

  Let me just start by saying that Stephanie is AMAZING! I have called this company on numerous occasions for my husbands rentals, and our personal home and every time I call she goes above and beyond to help me. The technicians are also always so punctual and call before they arrive and are super friendly. If I could give them a 10 star google review i would!

  After securing multiple estimates for replacement or our 20 year old HVAC system, we decided to go with Total Residential. What a great decision! Price was competitive. Crew arrived on time and completed the job as promised. Crew members worked well together , were respectful of property, and were friendly yet professional. One crew member guided us through setup and use of the new thermostat and members of the team made sure to offer us multiple opportunities to ask questions. Site was clean and orderly with everything working perfectly when the crew left. Very pleased and would certainly recommend Total Residential to others.
