  I love the guys from Town and Country. A simple phone call and they are usually here the next day. They are always prompt, professional, and very courteous! I have done business with them numerous times over the years and highly recommend them.

  Called town and country to look at ac problem. They came out right away. Saw that my unit needed Freon. Here 15 minutes and charged me $399 for trip charge and 4 pounds of Freon. Did come right away. Did add Freon. Didn’t expect to be gouged. Trip charge was $165, Freon was $234 for 4 pounds. Guess I should have read the reviews better Won’t make that mistake again.

  Please avoid. While my first experience with this company was positive, it went down hill very quickly to the point that I would not recommend anyone using due to the way they treated me. To detail the experience, I had called them for an AC repair which they took care of very quickly but also told me I need a new system duct work and all which they gave me a quote to do the work. A week later my system broke again I called to discuss their quote further. The person in charge said he would have to call me back the next day. When I finally spoke to him the following day he had already sent someone to my place to make repair without my authorization and was angry with me because I was not home and did not answer my phone on the first call. When I told him that all I was trying to do was get some questions about the quote answered he again got angry and again yelled at me when I said I was getting additional quotes to replace my AC. They accused me of trying to cheat them and stab them in the back when all I was doing was trying to be an informed consumer. The man I spoke with yelled at me repeatedly and would not let me speak. He was very rude and abusive demanding that I tell me who else I was getting quote from and making disparaging comments about his competition. In all very unprofessional in their treatment of a potential customer. I will not be working with them in the future and advise other to be cautious and avoid them as well. I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews online however if I can help another customer avoid their abusive treatment, I will do so this time.
