  I have known of Trail Electric for they do outside electrical repair to my condo association in Bucks County. Also I personally needed information on upgrading my dryer to a 240 line. The owner Mark spoke to me directly on the phone and he sent his electric Eric out to discuss with me. Eric was direct, honest and extremely professionally. In a day and age where customer service is sorely lacking I have to share Trail Electric knows the meaning and they all practice it. Thank you Trail Electric for your assistance. I recommend Trail for anyone electrical needs and mine anytime in the future

  The Mark and the technicians that installed my generator were professional and excellent. However, more importantly, the communication about the delay of my installation was poor. I had to call and email several times to find out why my generator was not being installed after a month of paying my deposit. If they would have called or emailed me about the lack of the generator I requested, I would have been fine with waiting or getting something different.
