  After over 3 months I finally got my truck back. Kermit said transmission was completely shot wanted between $3200-$4500 to rebuild. Without Kermit knowing Mechanic said filter was all gunked up so he changed it and fluids, truck drives now. Yeah, Kermit is a scammer and a cheat. Do not go here. A simple diagnostic normally done at other shops for under $50 will cost you $350 and trans connection.

  When I initially called and inquired about services provided, cost to diagnose, etc, it all sounded great. I stayed I would have it towed in and that I'd place the keys in the night box. The response I got was "alright, we'll give you a call tomorrow and let you know. Tomorrow came, I received no call. I went up there after work to inquire and was bluntly told "oh no we haven't looked at it, we're booked 2 weeks out." Shocked, I replied "I cannot wait 2 weeks." To which I was told "well people just decide to be put on the schedule." I paid for 2 tows because of this. I would not recommend this establishment to my WORST ENEMY! They cost me my time, which I don't have much of any free time to do the things I enjoy, let alone have any time at all to be jerked around in such an unprofessional manner. They also cost me nearly 200$ in towing fees. Again, look elsewhere. There, you've been warned.

  Had my truck towed there 21/2 weeks ago. They've never called me, I've had to call them four times, every time they tell m they're getting ready to start it now. Called again a little while ago, of course they tell me they're doing it now, told me that Tuesday also never ever use this place or recommend. Terrible customer communication. Should've had my truck towed somewhere else after the first couple of lies they told me
