Everybody we have talked to at this company has been very nice and professional. Our new system was installed in a timely manner. The installers were very helpful in answering questions about our new system and the set up of our new thermostat. John, Wesley, Richard, and Israel did not leave until they knew for sure our system was fully functioning. These guys also talked about how great this company is to work for which is not something you hear very often these days. We will definitely be recommending Tri-City Air to all of our friends.

Our air conditioning unit was on it's last legs. We wanted to get ahead of the curve and get a new unit installed before we didn't have air in the summer. Brian came out and gave us an estimate. He worked with us to get to where we felt comfortable with what they were suggesting to install. Michael Phillips and Jeff came out for the installation. They were here early and worked tirelessly (through the cold) to get our unit installed to where we would have heat for the evening. They were very courteous and respectful and cleaned up their area before heading out for the evening. They were back bright and early the next morning to get the job finished. Can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. They explained the unit and answered all my questions. My new unit is so quiet, I don't even know it's running! Thank you Michael & Jeff for a job well done.

Joey our technician came out and got the ball rolling. He was knowledgeable and professional and fixed our issue in no time. Brian our comfort specialist was kind, professional, and went out of his way to accommodate logistics and inventory situations… Wes and John our installers did a fantastic job and was on time, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
