After experiencing an extended power outage, we decided to purchase a Generac whole house generator. We checked several reviews to determine which company we wanted for the project. Selecting a local company was important to us. We made the call to Tri Star Electrical & Lighting and feel we made an excellent choice. Tri Star Electrical & Lighting was very responsive from start to finish. The office management, initial consultation and complete installation was perfect. There wasn't any surprises. The installers we're very professional, courteous and explained the process and answered any questions we had. They cleaned the area when the job was completed, not leaving anything to be done. Tri Star Electrical & Lighting, in my opinion, is the best and will have all of our future business. Thank you Tri Star Electrical & Lighting! Pete and Kathy Poma

Brad came out and was more than a 5 star rating! Took him no time to locate the problem and before I knew it the job was completed. He is very professional, polite and friendly. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend highly to family and friends! Even the girl that answered the phone was amazing! Thank you TriStar for a pain free experience!

Tri Star did a great job for me. They arrived as scheduled, acted very professional, and cleaned up their mess before leaving. I had them install a 240v plug to charge a car in the garage. I also had them install a setup that allows us to plug our portable generator into the house during an outage - that hopefully we'll never need. They did a great job of explaining how everything worked before leaving. I have already referred them to someone and will continue to. And finally, the woman who helped me get the project scheduled is deserving of some credit. She was quick to respond and very professional. A pleasant experience all the way around!
