  $200 up front to come out and service a generator they installed that I payed over $10,000 for. Not professional in the least. Suggest you look elsewhere. Had another company come out. Found out trinity used an old transfer switch for my unit instead of the one that came with it. Stay away.

  We had a different company servicing our Generators and they started getting sloppy with returning calls and being late for service appointments. We did some research and after reading a bunch of reviews and comments about Trinity Generators and electrical Inc. we gave them a call. We’ve been using Trinity for a little over a year and couldn’t be happier with a service they provide and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

  Great company to deal with. Trinity has been servicing my 20K Generac for 4 years and I just signed up for additiona yearsl. Great service folks and always on time.
