  They were recommended by our remolding contractor.They did extensive electrical work on our house.Prices were fair until they tried to get me to pay an invoice that was already paid.I paid it but mentioned to my contractor and he confirmed he had paid it. The worst is first quality of work.There is an outlet that flips the breakers when I use it. I have called four times over six weeks with not once even a call back. I have always been courteous with my voice mail. Know businesses are busy but not even a call back. If you use them ,from my experience,be prepared to have poor workmanship,be non responsive,and try to over charge you.

  I called twice, each time leaving a message because we had an electrical issue. Trosen never even bothered to call back. Very unprofessional. FYI, Trosen was one of six electricians contacted. Only one responded and they got the job.

  Chuck is great to work with. He is always there when he says he will be and does fantastic job. I highly recommend him for all you electrical projects.
