  Workers are amazing at their job and work efficiency. Unfortunately, the company has very poor management ethics. If you take a loan from their company as a worker, and look into leaving for another job opportunity-- they will deduct your entire paycheck to pay off the entire loan leaving the worker penny broke. Even if you discuss with paying it off a month or two later to manage your own finances, they go back on their word and deduct automatically. If they had better communication from upper management, I would happily rate them much higher..

  Not even a customer but had an encounter with a man with a True Line truck. Coming out of a restaurant as this guy and a lady had hopped out of the truck and we kindly told the guy that he was in a marked no parking zone, he came back with a snarky response. Like I said I was not a customer so I can't comment on their work, but to me it wasn't a good way to represent your company.
