  I had my home built in 2012, and the contractor we used utilized Truss Electric fir all of our electrical work. At the time, they were very friendly and seemed sufficient, however, not long after, our floodlights and hall light upstairs wouldn’t work, as well as half the outlets upstairs. We called them, and they came out and everything worked again for a little while but stopped working again. I have repeatedly called asking for them to come back and check it out and was told they’d get back with me soon and then spoke to his wife who told me he was backed up and would call me first chance he had. That was two months ago. When I call now, I get no answer. Apparently they are only interested in new business and not in correcting prior work. I have no choice but to call another electrician that had nothing to do with the installation. Beware of using this company.

  They were very responsive, came out as scheduled, very professional and so nice!! Most of all, they were affordable!! I highly recommend them!!
