  TSI was stellar to work with. My first call to them was at 4:55pm - I lost power to my home and was unsure why. Not only was my call answered, Dennis showed up quickly to check things out. Dennis provided options without any pressure (it should be noted that the 2 options were significantly different in price). Within a couple of hours I had a detailed quote in hand as well as all of my questions answered (I had several!). The TSI team took care of permits & coordination with my electric company quickly. While at my home they were friendly, responsible, respectful & timely. I cannot stress the value of their professionalism - companies like this are a rare find. I opted for a complete panel upgrade & replacement with zero regrets. TSI will be my only go to and they should be your only call as well!

  The electricians came on time, they were personable and knowledgeable. They explained what was being done. They cleaned up the area beautifully and replace any landscaping that needed to be moved for the installation. The fees were reasonable. I highly recommend TSI Electric LLC!
