  Absolutely horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 8 am. By 845 I had not heard from anyone and no one had shown up. So I called and asked what was going on. Gentlemen said that they would not be coming today. So I said that a phone call would have been nice. Gentlemen hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. Not calling and updating me was wrong but to hang up on a customer is worse. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

  I looked into this and found that what you are saying is true. I am horrified. The personnel involved is no longer employed by Tucker Electric. Please accept my sincere apology. If you are willing to give Tucker Electric another chance, I will give you a $250 credit. I am so sorry you were treated that way. It goes against our core values and we would appreciate a chance to show you that.
