  We were really happy with our experience with Turner On Electric. They were quick to respond and professional and detailed in setting up the appointment. Once here , they were pleasant , knowledgeable and resolved the issue right away. I appreciated some suggestions that were made on a few preventative and practical issues without trying to pressure at all. Really happy we have connected with a reliable professional electrical company with very competitive prices.

  I hired Turner On Electric to repair the mast and replace the panel as well as install GFI ground protection on my 70 year old home. They came and gave me an estimate and answered all my questions and concerns. They did a complete estimate in a timely matter. On the day of the repairs they sent at least 6 electricians. They were all very courteous. They explained what they were going to do and kept me informed. They cleaned up when they were finished and even reattached a downspout that was down even though it was down before they arrived. They called the county inspector for approval and notified Duke energy to make a repair that resulted from a storm. I would recommend Tuner On Electric to anyone looking for an honest reliable company.

  Everything about working with Turner On Electric was a joy in the midst of an unexpected home repair situation. Their response time was exceptional. I didn't have to wait a week or more for someone to come out and check out my problem, and I wasn't told, "Someone will be there between 8 and 12, or between 1 and 5." I was told "This person will be at your home today between 1 and 2." And he was. When the service was scheduled, I was told, "This person will be there this day (only 3 days from my initial call) between 8:00 and 8:30," and he was. I was given a cost estimate at the beginning, and that was my final cost. I was told that the work would take about 6 hours and that time frame was met. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, efficient, and polite, not only with me, but with each other. I am very impressed with Turner On Electric. Not only will I use them again if I need an electrician, but I will recommend them to my friends and family.
