  They were hired by the sellers of our new home to fix some plumbing we found before purchasing the home. Upon inspection a leak was found. 2 days after we moved in they came to fix the leak. They had to cut and take out drywall from a neighboring bathroom to fix the leak in the master bathroom. Several days later while doing laundry we had raw sewage coming up in our showers. We called the septic company who found chunks of drywall clogging our pipe. They flushed it out only for it to happen again the next day. I reached out to discuss this as they were the only ones to have access to pieces of drywall that THEY removed. Rick the owner was very rude and tried to blame it on everyone else and refused to cover the costs of 2 emergency pumps. Even the pumping companies we used said they have had several incidents of things like this following work by this company and would not recommend them. We are new to the area and have encountered such great customer service until this. Please go elsewhere for your plumbing needs! Trust me, it will cost you much more in the long run with this company taking no accountability! Shameful!

  Incorrectly installed Roman tub faucet and shower faucet cartridge. Forced to hire someone else to fix them. Crazy expensive rates -- $375/hr for journeyman electrician; $190/hr for journeyman plumber. Owner has been sued in court MANY times for fraudulent charging of customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

  Rick was very responsive his crew was hard working and very knowledgeable. I needed a good electrical Co. To install new service for my Mobile Home, i called talked to a nice lady in office, she said Rick was on other line and will call you back, in minutes Rick called and we set up a meeting date to look at my property he informed me that he could also do the gas line. Rick informed me that they are on another job but would get to me soon as they could. To my surprise Rick called back and said they could be at my property next day my gas line was install about 150 ft from home pressure tested great job. Electrical box installed professionally on side of my mobile Home it looks great and professional. Thanks Turquoise Trail very happy with the work performed
