  Being charged $75 for drive time seems very excessive to come to Star. Especially because you were supposed to be there at 9am but you had an emergency call before coming to my house and didn't get there until 10:30am. Not sure where Allen was coming from but I drive to SE Boise regularly and it takes 45 minutes tops to get to my house. I shouldn't have been charged that amount of drive time if the call before me that was an emergency took you farther from my house. I was referred to this company by a relative who was not charged drive time. Maybe they were in the area at the time. But if you tell someone you charge $75 per hour and don't tell them you charge drive time seems sketchy at best.

  So the 811 Dig line does not locate home owner lines ( electrical from house to shop) and my backhoe operator nicked one. Called Twin Cities and had someone there in an hour. Got everything fixed for a fair price. Thank you
