  The internet has never been great in my neighborhood so I was happy to try this but after a year I have decided to return to my previous provider, which is a shame. I have dealt with unaddressed bandwidth issues that affected my ability to work from home aswell as interruptions during the evening. After a recent storm my family has complained of slower speeds and outtages, I have still not had anyone come out to check on the satellite since my last inquiry 6 days ago. Edit : 2 weeks to have someone come out. Unacceptable.

  We needed to have our wiring inspected prior to selling. Asked for a quote on their website and they got back to us very quickly and had somebody at our house within hours of calling to schedule. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend!

  Several outlets were not working so I called them. They said they would send someone out to give me a quote to fix it. Next availability was 1 week out. Electrician showed up on time and pushed 1 GFI reset button (10 seconds) and then said he had to charge me $108. So much for quoting me up front! I paid it, but they also lost me as a customer. A good company would have offered that as a helpful suggestion over the phone.

  Hello Joe, Our apologies that you had an unfavorable experience with our service. Often when we suggest to a customer that they check their reset buttons they have shared that they were insulted by this question. We do have a standard on-site service fee that a technician is required to charge. We are sorry that was not made clear to you up-front.
