Marc from Union Services came out to give us an estimate for some work we needed done with our duct work, dryer vent, and hot water heater. Instead of just giving us an estimate on what we said we needed done, he inspected everything and made recommendations and solutions that were much more cost effective than what we had been quoted by other companies. Marc was very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and Union Services.

Earl and Marc completely replaced our HVAC system (inside and outside units) in our house. Marc did a phenomenal job with designing what and where each part was to go and how to best remove the old system. He was great coordinating the entire process and helped a lot with the removal and install. He was also great at explaining all the benefits of our new system including when and how much $ savings to expect and how the multi-zone system would work to heat/cool the zones separately. Earl did the remainder of the installation and it went perfectly. He was great at showing us exactly how to use the new thermostat as well as the app to control the system overall as well as the separate zones. Overall the process went so well. Marc and Earl worked so well together and they were both so focused on having us understand the system and how to use it. The entire process could not have gone any better! We're so thankful for what Marc and Earl did!! Great job guys.

Best install crew in North Carolina. Craig the leader is hardworking, confident, and very people friendly. Craig was able to answer ALL my questions and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the TRANE equipment that he installed. I would give Craig and his crew 10 stars if possible.
