  Universal Electric did everything right from their customer service to the actual work they performed. Rick & his crew are true professionals and have excellent communication skills. I've use Universal Electric on many occasions and their work has always been completed when they said it would be and they leave our place clean once they're done. Price is extremely fair and the work quality is top notch. I would highly recommend Universal Electric for any of your electrical needs!

  Universal installed a 240 V outlet in the garage for an EV charger. They were fast to give an estimate, schedule, and perform the install. I especially appreciated that they fished above the basement ceiling instead of cutting a huge trench to run wire. Would recommend to anyone!

  I would not recommend Universal Electric. After using their services and promptly paying them they turned me into a collections agency. Neither the collections agency or Universal Electric were apologetic for this. Universal Electric said “I should have never let it get this far.” Blaming the victim is never the right thing to do. I paid a bill, had to prove it with my bank statement and you blame me?! They clearly can’t handle their book work and don’t care about the consequences.

  To clarify for the people reading this. With in about two minutes we verified payment by credit card. I apologized several times and took responsibility for it being on our end. She did pay very promptly so we all ways appreciate that. In response to why would let this get this far. What I said was the office send you three past due invoices and if we don't hear back we send it to collections. If you all ready paid your invoice a quick phone call would of cleared all this up so this wouldn't have gone this far. I have already called the collection company off and there will be no further action taken. Again I apologize for the mishap and take full responsibility for it!!
