  Powers out at my house, called to report it and figured they would be aggravated because everybodys probably already called but being so far away from anybody out here in the boonies I wasnt sure so I called anyways and surprisingly the lady that answered was super nice!! She made me feel much better. Thank you.

  We were in the office yesterday to reconnect service. The lady was very nice and helpful and 2 hours later the power was turned back on. I couldn't have had better service anywhere.

  Power outage AGAIN! Its not like there's a storm from the hurricane. It's not even raining. They are so archaic that they can't even answer their phones at these times. You get a busy signal which I haven't heard since 1985. No place to send messages to website. Only a Facebook account. Who can afford that AND their electricity bills at the same time!? They'll turn your power off if you're two weeks late but I bet they wont be giving us a deduction on the bill for the loss of power and inconvenience. This happens too frequently. And don't even attempt to look at the website outage map, it doesn't work properly either. Horrible.
