  Bill and Andrew did an outstanding job of diagnosing, and repairing multiple plumbing issues in my older home. They did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Best of all the overall cost was significantly less than I had anticipated or expected. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Matthew and Andrew came out today for our regular plumbing and HVAC inspection. As always, they helpfully walked me through their findings and helped me think through what repairs are needed now and what I should plan for in the future. They are friendly, polite, patient and scheduling is always a breeze as well!

  I’m a stickler for grade A customer service from the attitude and demeanor of the person who answers the phone to the quality of the service performance. Upstate Service Solutions fit the bill in every way! When the church’s heat stopped working, Paula graciously worked to fit us into the schedule on the same day. Devin, the technician who assisted us, was superb. He went above and beyond to diagnose and to repair the issue.
