  I reached out to Urban Electric and got a response from Igor within 10 minutes -- on Christmas Day! Shortly after, he was able to come by and check out our home to provide us with a quote for installing recessed lighting in two different areas. I received our itemized quote via email within a few hours. We were very happy with the pricing and booked the job within the next week. The day of the install, he worked very efficiently. Better yet, when he noticed that we required more lights than originally planned in one of our rooms, he finished out the job correctly without surprising us with additional charges. Igor also re-attached the drywall cutouts for us, leaving very minimal patching to do. He has also been very helpful and responsive to random questions we've had about the models of the lights, dimmers, our doorbell, etc. We look forward to booking Urban Electric for our next electrical project.

  My experience with Urban Electric was GREAT. Igor responded to my request for assistance almost immediately. His prices were very competitive and his quote was specific. He and his team showed up on the scheduled day right on time. They replaced my electric panel and ran a new line through the attic to allow my handyman to install my new microwave-hood. He called for an inspection and everything was done exactly as he said it would. His team was clean, courteous and very professional. I would definitely would hire them again. I have a whole list of things I want them to do in my new house as soon as I get settled.
