  US Power Pros are all very professional and knowledgeable during and after the sale. I highly recommend them for a home generator. Oct. 2021, Tad answered the phone on the 2nd ring, I really just called to tell him this generator rocks and ran for a week straight during the winter freeze. This investment was well worth it, US Power Pros did a great job.

  I am really happy to brag on this company. We looked into getting a generator for our home, comparing several different companies. We originally chose US Power Pros because Tad and Stephanie were both so nice and helpful answering all questions over the phone. But, what I want to share is that everything happened on the schedule that they had laid out from the beginning to the end. I also want to let you know that ALL of the workers that came to our home were indeed EXCEPTIONAL! Very nice group of young men, patiently answering all questions. Everyone at this company has been very professional and diligent. Doing business with them is effortless. Good price, great value, great product and the job was done right. So, if you need a whole home generator..............you can feel comfortable doing business with US Power Pros. Tell Tad and Stephanie that we referred you! Thanks to all of the personnel at US Power Pros, our job was done on schedule and well! Kudos to all of you!

  US Power Pros did an outstanding job on our generator installation. They handled the entire process from start to finish and we were very happy with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone, whether for generators or other electrical needs. They also did all of the electrical work for our new home build, and Tad spent a significant amount of time working with us to make sure every light, plug and switch was where we needed it. It's been a pleasure working with them.
