  Needed a new furnace after 20 year old furnace died. Utah's Best was able to come out the next day. They were very quick, friendly and professional. They gave me a good selection of available funaces and once I made my choice it was installed the next day. Installation and removal of the old system only took about 3 hours and everything is working great.

  I called late at night and they were able to get someone to my house first thing in the morning. It wasn't an immediately dangerous issue, so this timeframe was wonderful. Nigel clearly explained the source of the issue and the next steps. He shut off the gas and made sure we were safe. My ancient furnace needed to be replaced and they were able to get it done the next day. I didn't get the names of the installers but I was pleased with their work and their demeanor. This abrupt, significant expense and safety concern was made as pleasant as possible thanks to Utah's Best.

  Utah’s Best Home Pros came in to clean our ducts for the two HVAC systems we have. Angel performed the quote and service the following week. He was on time, professional, easy to talk to, and worked for 10 hours straight to get the job done the same day. He not only did a great job, but kept my in the loop on progress, showed me some of the areas before and after, and left the places he worked cleaner then before he got there. Definitely a trustworthy company if all of their employees are like Angel. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future and will have no issue referring them to friends and family for this type of work! Thanks!
