  We had a breaker go bad for our hot water heater and they came within 4 hours of calling, identified the issue and fixed the problem right away. They're a lifesaver, friendly, responsive and do great work! Highly recommend.

  I just called to request service for my home. a man picked up my phone but immediately hang up even before I finished one sentence. I dialed the number again just in case it was hang up accidentally. But my phone call was not picked up.
