  Great company???? I made arrangements to pay my bill by closing today and woke up with no power. Thanks for lying to me. I went in paid at 11:24am. It's almost 1:00 no power. It must be real hard to flip that switch back on huh??? So they lie and are slow to restore power.... Like I said great company......lol

  This people own the monopoly of the town, also in solar. If another company comes to sell solar they make it almost impossible, first they call the customer and offer not the same quality product just pricing with no adequate information, they also take their time to approve any plans submitted by other companies, which it most be done. We are on day 127 and they will not take their time to approve a small home plan. Turn around of 8-10 weeks just so the customer have more time to cancel. This company does no have the best interest on their customers.

  Valley Electric turned out the be the worst IP ever. Technical support is from the dark ages, "you are the 3rd or 5th caller in line" is what I heard every time in contacted support. My connection became so unreliable it impacted my business. I've do have to say their techs. were awesome but Valley Electric has lost its footing in todays technology. Their fiber optic may be another story but the old neighborhoods will never see it.
