I had a great experience with Valley Electric.  So helpful and friendly when I called to schedule.  Helped me troubleshoot over the phone and then Cory arrived right on time to find the problem and repair it.  He was great at explaining what was going on and had it fixed quickly.  Cleaned up when he was finished.  Definitely recommend!!

Set up an appointment with them. I took time off of work to do this. They did not show up or call. I had to call them to find out he may not even be able to come by today. I understand stuff happens but at least be courteous enough to call a client and let them know. I will be finding a different electrician.

Jamie, as I stated on the phone we are truly sorry for missing the free estimate we had scheduled with you and we had no intention of purposely wasting your time.  My electrician got extremely behind schedule due to circumstances beyond his control.  He was out of cell service and had no way of letting me know his situation so I could let you know.  We offered to reschedule your free estimate, however you chose to cancel it.

A big thank you to Cory and Valley Electric. We were having trouble with our swimming pools automatic cover. The hydraulic motor was kicking out at the control panel every time it was activated. Called the pool tech who scratched his head and suggested we call an electrician to check the breaker or buy a new motor at over a grand. The Valley Electric guys showed up and found the hydraulic motors electric box had fluid in it and was shorting it out. They checked it out cleaned up the mess and were on their way in approximately 1/2 hour, leaving us happy with our pool again.  BTW, the fella’s were extremely courteous and helpful. Don’t hesitate to call Valley Electric, I know we won’t!

Valley Electric was prompt in getting us an estimate during a busy time of the year. Several other electricians out right denied an estimate due to being "too busy."  Corey stated that they were very busy as well but was able to get us an estimate before anyone else and it was a good estimate at that.  He then got us scheduled the next week and accommodated changes.  We found them to be professional, courteous, polite, clean and did great work.  This is not the first time we have needed electrical work in the last two years. I wish I had used Corey and his crew at Valley Electrical last time.

Don't waste your time.  These people suck.  I had them go over to estimate some repair work on my rental duplex.  Could never get the estimate out of them.  I even drove by their "office" to get the estimate, but it turned out to be a UPS store.  Save yourself the greif and call someone else.

Valley Electric just replaced all of the outlets in my house.  They were quick, clean, professional and affordable.  I also needed to update my electrical box.  Their bid came in much lower and I’m happy to have them come back and do it.

Joe and Callen were extremely courteous and helpful  We are all very blessed having people like these help us with our electrical needs. We just purchased an older home and we had tremendous concerns about the wiring of our 1944 built home. They greatly assisted us with our game plan going forward...as we look to build onto it! Thanks a million!!!

The job is not totally complete but they didnt hesitate to come out and get us up and running good enough till the proper fixes can be applied! I have to say if you need top notch dependable service you call these guys !!! Sabrina gave me better customer service that I have ever had in this valley! She is the best!! And they sent out Joe in which my hat goes off to the guy for taking time out of his busy schedule to come and help my family at a time I couldn't get several other of these 5 star companies to do! I could go on and on but I think you get how awesome I think they are!! You guys do the valley proud! I will personally never use another electric company here in LCV!! Thanx Again!!!

Called for a panel repair and Valley Electric was there immediately. Job well done.
