  I waited 3 weeks to have someone come out to hook up a radon system mitigation fan, and they said they would reach out to set up a time to come do the work. After the first 2 weeks of not being able to find a good time, I didn't hear back from them for a week. I asked if they still planned on doing the work or if I should look for someone else to do it? The response I got was, "I've been sick for the last 5 days but if you feel you need to get somebody else feel free". How am I suppose to know you're sick? Maybe communicate that with a customer? Absolutely pathetic. I won't ever recommend someone to use Van Enk Electric services.
