  We utilized Vanderbilt to assemble a pretty deluxe play set / club house. They were very responsive and communicative (MOST RESPONSIVE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH). They had familiarity w/ a variety of play sets and our specific model. We did get 3 quotes and they were willing to work w/ us to be competitive. We liked that they are local company and were contacted by the owner. They were the first to respond and gave us the comfort we needed on experience. They have text and email updates and were very easy to get a hold of. The installers were all very nice and listened to our direction while offering feedback. They even went and picked it up when the freight company dropped the ball - to me, this is over and above what you could ask for a contractor and they offered it. I am sure they are capable of much more. We are hard to impress and are left w/ a great opinion of this company. All around good company and I would recommend them to anybody who needs this type of work done.

  They showed up on time, communicated well about job expectations and additional hardware requirements needed for my job. Overall i was very pleased with the service, i will be using them in the future on other home improvement projects.
