I have worked with Veno Electric on numerous project both commercial and residential and have found Mark and his team to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. They do the job right the first time. Mark is very responsive when called and works within time frames to complete projects on time and on budget. I can highly recommend Veno Electric for all electrical jobs both big and small.

I was new to the MWV when I needed some electrical services to install a hot tub. I was referred to Veno Electric through a friend. I contacted them and Mark promptly returned my call. He scheduled an appointment with me to give me a quote for the job. He was prompt, courteous and professional The work he performed was impeccable and done with impressive efficiency. I have since hired him back to do several other jobs. Veno Electric is a great find. Mark and his staff are beyond reproach. Simply put --A+ from customer service to job completion. Highly recommend.

Veno Electric installed all new wiring when we did over our kitchen a few years ago which was extensive. 60%+ of the outlets failed and remain crooked from trying to plug things in. Repeated phone calls (3+) to Veno only had a message center which won't return problem calls and they will not reply by email either. They only like big jobs. do it poorly and fast and won't come back to repair anything. Mark the owner is a very disappointing local businessman.

    Response from the owner

This is a rebuttal on a review from Dave Roberts. I could not service his electrical needs in the time he was demanding because of other committed jobs, both residential and commercial. His remarks are false as he asked us to repair work previously done years prior by unqualified individuals. We did so in the time frame we had available. I have been a master electrician for more than 30 years and take great pride in the quality of our work and our great customer service. You just can't please some people. Below is one of six *emails from Dave to Veno , that I have saved in the last 10 years. One of his remarks , IN HIS REVIEW IS THAT OUTLETS NOT WORKING.. Outlets not working.. Yes, after eight years.. Gfci's do fail.. Below is an old email from Dave to Veno, this shows that he has unqualified workers do his electrical.. *Hi Mark: Any chance you can come by again? When I shut off the Main in the barn down below in the barn the lights in the storage section part don't go off although the electricity to the finished section does. Why don't the lights go off in the storage section when I shut the main? Also, if these lights stay on do the exterior lights also stay on when I shut off the main. reason I don't know if they do is that I haven't installed the exterior lights yet? *Also, the carpenters who did the work of rough wiring put in a couple of switches that don't work too good. The light switch for the 3 wall sconces have a round variable adjustment control next to the on / off switch. This pops the breaker every time I go to dim the sconce lights. Also, although both overhead fans work independently on the same style round dimmer controls they hum. We fixed this humming noise in the house by installing a switch that had 4 different set speeds. I think this type switch is needed instead of a variable speed switch (dimmer style) for the fans. If I pick up the proper switches at Home Depot could you install them? I also have 3 or 4 exterior lights I'd like to get installed as well. I can help whomever you send over as well as pick up the parts if you want. Sincere and best regards, David Roberts 400 Glen Ledge Road, Suite #200 Glen, New Hampshire 03838 USA Office: 603 383-0107 / Fax: 877 465-4145 Cell: 508 868-9010
