  Tim and the people who came out to upgrade our services were professional, polite, and timely. Very pleasant to deal with. I did have to call several times before anyone called me back, but I get the feeling it was because of the person who takes the calls and not the electricians.

  I wouldn't waste my time calling this company if I were you. I can see they did this to someone else in the review below. Called to schedule a service, got voicemail, left a message, no return call. Called back 10 days later, woman answered and asked what services I was looking for, said ok, and then said they would be able to do it, but could not tell me a date, asked if she could call me back , I said yes of course, she took my name and number, I never heard back!! Very extremely odd and frustrating. I was asking for very basic electric service. I would rather have them say they couldn't do it, etc., than plain old ignoring me. Very unprofessional to say the least!
