I called to order what I thought was an easy part, 10 feet of 6 gauge ground cable. The person who answered my call, Jim, was extremely rude and unwilling to provide any assistance. Jim was condescending and had no clue as to customer service. I will not be making any purchases from Viking Electric and will discourage anyone that I know from doing business with them.

Great Experience! They had the wire I called and inquired about. When I arrived and confirmed my needs and paid. They cut the wire and I WAS ON my way back to Hastings.

My son needed an entire list of new tools for Electricians school. The Employee (I believe his name was Alex) at VES was extremely curtious and very helpful. He even offered to get everything on our list together for us and ordered the 4 items that were out of stock for next day delivery. We were very happy with our experience.
