Pros in the dock area. Just have to be patient because the product they load and unload usually is fragile and or delicate. Also, they're always busy. I usually dock if there is one open, let them know im here, then wait. I've never had a problem here.

I ordered 2 lighting products from this company through their website on 12/6/2018. They charged my credit card for the order the same day. My order showed up under my account on their website on 12/12/2018, with an expected ship date of 1/1/2019. I checked my order on their website on 1/7/2019, it still showed a ship date of 1/1/2019, but no updated info. Only contact through their website is through email, so I emailed them on 1/7/2019 asking for an update. No response. I called them and left a voicemail on 1/9/2019, never got a response back. I called them and requested to talk to a real person about my order on 1/11/2019, was told they didn't have an update, that they didn't really know when my order would ship because they had to wait for the manufacturer to send them the items. On 1/16/2019, I logged into my account on their site again, hoping for an update. Now my account shows no order history. According to them, I've never ordered anything from them. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I posted a complaint about them on the BBB site, and they responded with "****** is correct, there was a long lead-time from the vendor (it still not available 4/2/10) and we dropped the ball by not responding back to ******. After we were charged back by the credit card company, we canceled the order. When the item is available, we will send 2 at no charge to ****** to help make things right." As of 9/16/2019, I still have not received the promised items. I would not do business with this company.

Tracey, The item has been discontinued and I am very sorry for your experience. We are a commercial lighting supplier who is not set up to deal with residential customers. After your poor experience we no longer take small orders. If they still made the product we would certainly ship out two at no charge. You were refunded all $62.20 . Good luck to you

Two weeks ago, I ordered 12 units of the WAC Lighting device online. Immediately received a confirmation email. For two weeks I was waiting for my package. Having received no purchase and no information, I started calling the supply. I was told that they had only one device available, and they don’t know why they sold 12 units online. I lost 13 days in because of the disgusting business in this replay. I never recommend this store to anyone.
