This company is crooked. Never use them. Basically I called this company for an AC problem, and on the appointment day, it was rainy. Nobody appeared. The next day I called another company who fixed the problem. Weeks later Cook Virgil & Son sent a bill, and we called them to contest but they said they came to fix it. I asked the proof of work, but they just keep sending bills and now sent this case to collections.
