  John and Matt are top notch. Through the design phase of a sign I just ordered (which looks amazing!), I mentioned that my son's youth football team needed to find decals for their helmets. Today the sign arrived and with it, a small sandwich bag with helmet decals! Thanks guys, that's really going above.

  Matt Cawley and his team at Visual Concepts Sign &Lighting are absolutely fantastic Matt Cawley noticed that our sign lights were out while he was out at night at our facility Mr.Storage in Midland Nc. and was nice enough to call us and let us know it was great as we are not at the location at night so we thought everything was fine but it turns out they were in fact burnt out Matt called us and let us know what the problem was and let us know how much it would most likely be and also that if there were any unexpected problems he would call and let us know what the problem was and what the extra cost would be and whether or not we wanted to move forward they literally finished the Job in less than a week on schedule and on budget.This is a place that you don't have to worry about them trying to take advantage of you or make you pay for something that doesn't need to be fixed.Very trustworthy and honest staff and great customer service I would highly recommend this place if you are considering using them believe me you won't regret it.
