  I’ll say, “they are prompt” followed by “ARE YOU SERIOUS!?” One installation was of a ceiling fan/light. The technician was observant enough to ask which side of the fan paddles did we want showing - light or dark? The technician evidently DID NOT think it was important to inform us that he left a big hole in the ceiling!!! My husband merely glanced through the door as they were leaving. “Okay. Fan up.” When I saw it later, I nearly died. Twice, my voicemail was not answered. My husband’s call was answered. A service charge of $125 would be added to come back and attach a ceiling medallion. This company will not be updating my panel which is my next project. If the work is also cosmetic, make sure you park yourself near the job site!!!

  Awesome company. This was the only Kinston area company who bothered to respond out of at least 10 that I called. One of the contractors was on personal time off, and came in anyways to help us out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. This is who I will be doing business with from here on out.
