WP Electric billed us over 5 digits. Very disappointed in Todd the owner. Said the breaker panel was labeled and it was not. Did a major, whole-house rewire and didn't label the breaker panel and did not tighten wiring in breaker panel. Our lights were flickering because of WP electric cutting corners. Called Todd and told him there was a problem. His answer was that he would charge us a $500 emergency fee to come and inspect. It was his company's oversight that caused the problem and he tried to gouge us for an additional $500. Very poor customer service. For your safety, I would avoid WP Electric.

First it was not a whole house rewire only a partial lower house rewire (due to remodeling and a addition) and the electrical issue was with the existing house portion that wasn't rewired also yes it was a 5 digit number for the electrical work but lets not forget that a large portion of that was light fixtures that you and your wife had asked us to purchase for you and i was unable to return. Secondly we were asked by you TOM to stop work along with the other trades as you were running out of money to complete your project before it was complete. It is hard for us as a contractor to be held responsible for work that we are not allowed to complete and you as a customer have a friend come in to try and complete for you to save money. Lastly we have tried our best to accommodate you in every aspect of your project even after we were not allowed to finish. As we not only returned to correct the panel labeling but also returned to help with other electrical items that your "friend could not figure out" garage coach lights/bathroom electric etc. To my knowledge we have made at least 3 additional return trips to your home free of charge once the project was complete (all trades were asked to stop) to assist you with other electrical issues that we were not allowed to complete and your friend was trying to help you out with. With that said i will agree their were some issues with your home that were out of our control (due to not being allowed to complete our work due to your financial situation) and to state that we did something unsafe and or provided bad customer service when we have accommodated every request at no additional charge i believe to be a unfair statement.

Great service,, prompt,,,associates were professional,,,wind and neighbor's tree took out power, pulled weatherhead from house, they were here next morning, power restored in an hour,,give'm a try, they won't disappoint
