  We were happy he called us back promptly to set up a date for him to come out and inspect the electrical at a property we are trying to purchase and possibly give us an estimate so we knew what we were looking at. He came out the day he was suppose to and the following day text us that he was finished and would get us a report out. It has been over a week, we have tried to call, left multiple voicemails, emailed and text. No answer. We hope no one has become ill or hurt. We are just very upset because we were needing this inspection for our final decision and have now run out of time.

  I was searching for an electrician to update ~7 outlets in our home to GFCI outlets. I called 2 different electricians with no luck. But when I called WV Riddle Electric, I was talking directly with Bill Riddle who was very courteous and understanding of my issue. It might have been luck of the draw that day, but Bill was able to squeeze our family in for an estimate right on the spot. Bill and his other master electrician Bronson were great at keeping us in the loop on when they might arrive. But I was pleasantly surprised that Bronson was not only able to do our estimate, but they also completed the work in the same evening. After receiving awesome service like this, I would recommend WV Riddle Electric every time. Thank you for such a great job!
