  I work for wachter for 2 years. They did nothing but bend over backwards to work with me and my family. They truly commit to what they say, family comes first then work. Of course there is a lot of travel but you are paid well and taken care of. The negative reviews that I saw on Google should be deleted, wachter is by far one of the best companies to work for. I was a traveling data technician for them, lost my job just before covid-19 hit. Have been applying to get back with wachter ever since. Great company to work for I highly recommend it for any technician looking for a lifetime job with Room to Grow, great pay, excellent people.

  This place is such a joke. I'm telling you if you love your family and thinking about working for this company just stop. This place runs people rugged. The call nonstop adding travels to the schedule. The do not care about you. This place has caused problems in my relationship so much, that we have ended our relationship tons. He has promised to stop being their personal b****, and telling them this is not what he signed up for. They pretend to care about him, but they don't. They are super happy to damn our relationship so they can keep him on the road lonely and tired. What's it going to take for this to stop a freaking heart attack!!!??? What a bull*hit company to work for.

  Wachter employee Danny Goodsell became extremely unstable after he contacted my company to shoot a fireworks display for Wachter that he personally could not shoot himself. We have supplied his company with equipment and firing systems at no cost for several years. After receiving a late in season request for a show I searched for a shooter and accepted his request. Acquired contracts and deposit on June 10 only to be harassed 6 days later on the 16th for a demand or quit on June 15th, yes the day before. I cancelled his contract and returned his deposit that day by overnight mail as requested only to be bullied days after, He just wont quit leaving bad reviews on my google maps. This is the prime time for our company and His behavior was uncalled for. All preparations were in force and we have never missed a deadline, ever. This is not a person to do business with and it does not reflect good on Wachter Corp. to hire employees like this to represent them.
