  I called Wadsworth to do maintenance around my house on a few outlet panels, fixtures, and indoor switches. They were very customer orientated and concerned for completing all tasks properly and efficiently. The electrician I worked with was friendly and willing to go above and beyond. A fixture in my house kept abruptly going out. The Wadsworth electrician gave me great and affordable recommendations for possible replacements. I will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs I may require! 100% recommend.

  I called to ask them to install a line for a hot tub. They said they could start the next week and took a $300.00 deposit to start. They came out the following week I drove 2.5 hours to meet them. One guy shows up and looks at the job and tells me he is too busy and he told me it would be an outrageous number because he didn’t want to do the job. He suggested I call someone else as he was “ too busy”. I called the office and asked for my $300.00 deposit back but they refused. I should have realized with all the negative reviews on them that this wasn’t the right company to hire. I will follow up with other agencies and take them to small claims court. Don’t hire this company super dissatisfied with how they handled this. Update**** 3/3/21 They issued a token $40 refund. I am filing a small claims lawsuit and reporting them the Electrical review board.

  Had an RV plug installed 18" away from box... $500. This is $40-60 worth of materials and a 30min job, hour max. Update: Changed from 1 to 3 stars. Company reached out to remedy. Appreciate the attempt to make things right.
