Matt was informative and honest. Gave me three choices! The service techs were awesome. Made sure they protected the hardwood and carpet. They cleaned up nicely! I would recommend North Texas Heating. They are very responsive and on time!

North Tx Heating installed our system 5 yrs ago....and in past provided service....they have obviously sold to a group...we had two service calls in two weeks, and both were by different companies....big bear, and metro energy....very deceptive on last service call Tech determined a "liquid in line dryer filter" a $20 part needed to be replaced, and wanted $1500....when inquired about labor, he said maybe 45min to an hour....Tech confirmed part was around 25 bucks, but could not tell me anything other then the $1500 was a package deal....talked to service trying to determine "who" is North Tx Heating...lady could not tell me (call center) transferred me to some one else who said basically same thing...they own a number of A/C providers and send just "whom ever" very disingenuous group...beware.

This company was great to work with! I had an outrageous quote from another company so I called North Texas heating and air. They sent a technician the next day who was knowledgeable and helped fix the problem for thousands cheaper than the other guy. I highly recommend North Texas heating for all of your heating and air conditioning needs! They are honest and won't rip you off! I will definitely call them again should the need arise.
