We are more than pleased with Wallace Wiring's service to our home here in Pearisburg, VA in Giles County! They replaced and upgraded our breaker box panel and installed all the necessary wiring to connect our portable generator. Our experience with Wallace Wiring was so pleasant in many ways! I called and they actually answered the phone in person! The owner was efficient in communicating with us throughout the entire process. Their representative who came to our home to do the work was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained and advised us about the service. Wallace Wiring gets 5 stars plus from us! We have even contacted them about another service we want them to do for us in our home! It truly was "a pleasure doing business" with them.

5 stars isn't enough. I wish all businesses were as efficiently ran as this one. Life would be easier. From the office to the field technicians, they're all great!! Knowledgeable, professional, respectful and trustworthy. Definitely the best around and I am so thankful for all they've done for me.

Highly recommend this company. Called them and they responded immediately with fantastic customer service, timeliness, and were able to remedy our problems within a couple of days! I’ve never had this level of service and am appreciative for the folks at Wallace Wiring!! Would give them 10 stars if it were an option!!
