They only have 1 register open and self check out, 1 of the workers let 1 person go, and let nobody else go. Moldy floors. They to busy talking to each other and on their phones. Can’t keep their food in stalk. Don’t wear a mask. Yelling at kids. Walking with their boo instead of helping out.

Awful, crowded, and I try to get in and out quickly. The glasses and contacts were just too easy to obtain, and my 9 yo has sight and style. Dr.N (she has a beautiful African name, which I'm loathe to misprint, but anyway, she and her staff are very good at helping out and having a cheerful experience in an opticians office and walks 25 ft to a great price range and stylish at any age in one place, or good as. The Walmart is struggling like all the other companies in this world. So, it's just a matter of being prepared...

In store can be crowded at times and lines long even self check out can be backed up for long periods of time. But as for Auto Care Center the wait and service time was not that bad. Had a nail that went through in my tread. They repaired it in a timely manner in the order as stated. I had a 30 minute with that day. Will definitely go back if I need any small work done.

Today there were two cashiers and one of them had her light off and would not accept customers.  It was time for her break.  The other cashier had a very long line.  The 20 or less register had a long line also.  I do not use the self-checkout registers.  By the way, their lines were long, also.  There was no one at Customer Service counter.  After spending hours shopping, you should not have to look at empty registers and long lines.  Lately this has happened each time I have visited.  What has happened to customer service?

Cool rainy day - staff when there were no baskets available that "I needed to go outside & get one if I wanted one she wasn't going to get one I'm tired of getting them when it's not my job" " nobody's coming in till 3p" so at 73 l went out & got 1 of probably 100 baskets in cold/rainy weather despite needing basket for them. I have a fairly bad back with difficulty walking - it was no easy task but need of items overwhelmed. Nobody cares anymore.

My most recent experience here was with auto care. It wasn't exactly a good experience. In the end I got what I needed,  and was charged a fair price. However, the cashiers in the auto sector need to be trained to communicate in automotive language. If the clerk understood what the technician was saying it would have saved me an hour and I wouldn't have had to get a manager to translate.

I was there yesterday and as I was walking through the door I slipped and fell down. They asked if I was okay but there shouldn’t have been water on the floor now my knee is bruised. Or at least have some mats laid out all over the entrance or a sign.

Just came in to purchase a tv. Had a huge display in the middle of electronics with all the tvs on sale. Got to the register and the price was NOT correct. The cashier called the manager… she went back to electronics and saw the display. Came back and said “oh he was in the process of changing the prices”… no he wasn’t… there wasn’t no one back there. I hear her call someone on the radio to change the sign. Then as I went over my receipt…. I purchased a ring light that was advertised as clearance $29.88 However it rung up as $49.99…
Moral of the story this location CLEARLY has a issue with marking the products with the correct prices!!! I will no longer shop here.

Horrendous customer service at this location. Online order staff is constantly in way and ignorant to actual customers trying to shop. Service staff is constantly walking wrong side of aisle or plain blocking customers, also see staff on cell phones regularly talking about non work issues.

Last visit they lied about price match policy. Actual manager said yes, team lead was being lazy or obstinate and said no and treated us like idiots. When I pointed out that ordering for pickup to get price would involve at least 2 more staff and 20 plus minutes when she could just satisfy a customer and move on, the team lead made it seem like she would impede that order if she saw it.

Strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Good ol' Wally World.  Let's be honest, NO ONE likes going to any Walmart because no one seems to ever be at the register.  Ever.  20 GD registers and maybe one is open for 30 people on one line.  However, like always, I found exactly what I needed at a better price and was able to buy it at 10:00pm!  So, it's a balancing act.
